Shipping Policy
Orders placed Monday thru Friday will be shipped out with 24 hours, and
should arrive to you within 2-3 business days or less. Exceptions do
exist and are limited to certain geographic locations. Non-stock items
typically take longer than items that are currently in stock, and you
should allow for extended delivery times. If you have a question or
concern regarding the delivery of your order, please contact our

CleaningSystemsco.com ships to the 48 contiguous United States. Our
parcel carriers are UPS and Federal Express for packages under 69-lbs.
Over sized and over weight orders ship thru local common freight
carriers.
Due to product weight, size, shape, and or safety standards, some items
are not shippable by our parcel carriers, and require special handling
via a common freight carrier. These special circumstances necessitate us
adding an additional weight based freight charge to the cost of delivery
for your order. Freight charges will appear in your shopping cart upon
check-out.
All items shown in our Red Tag showcase along with any Triple Play
package deal will be shipped freight free right to your door. Quantities
are limited, and certain items will not always qualify for free
shipping.
For orders that are shipped via a common freight carrier, typical
delivery is to a curbside or loading dock. Freight carriers are not
responsible for in home delivery, or the set-up and uncrating of large
equipment. Special requests must be made to our customer service
department @ 1-800-339-3413.
Upon delivery of your order from Cleaningsystemsco.com and prior to
signing acceptance of delivery, inspect all packages for any obvious
damage. Only sign the delivery receipt if there is no obvious damage to
the packaging and only if all your boxes are present. In the event that
there is damage to your order, or you are missing boxes, please DO NOT
accept delivery. |
